Location info
Guest scores and detailed hotel feedback
The hotel was away from the main building, making it easy for anyone from the street to access as the door was left wide open all night. The room had an awful odor masked by a strong spray belting out of the air conditioner. The reception and breakfast room lacked heating, and when it was arranged, I was unfairly charged extra for their mistake. Despite these issues, the twin room was spacious.
The hotel had some issues with cleanliness and maintenance, as there was a noticeable smell of sewage in the room. The staff, while polite, lacked professionalism. However, the room was spacious and the service was satisfactory. The location was somewhat confusing, but one receptionist stood out for being helpful. The dining experience was average, with some quality concerns, and the facilities needed improvement.
The hotel offers clean and compact rooms with all necessary amenities, but would benefit from an update. The service was mixed, with a friendly and helpful staff member but delays in processing bookings. The location is convenient for transportation but lacks atmosphere. The dining experience was average, with a buffet breakfast available. Overall, the facilities are decent with room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were less than adequate - the carpets were dirty, and there were cobwebs hanging down the walls. However, the rooms were basic, clean, and surprisingly comfortable. The location had its ups and downs, as it was very run down and squalid, yet it was convenient for my work during the week. The service was welcoming and friendly, but the atmosphere was marred by arguments, fights, and noise late at night. The dining options were satisfactory, with good freshly cooked dishes, but some improvements like offering fresh fruit and yogurt would have been appreciated.
The hotel had some positives like friendly reception staff and an expansive parking area, but there were some issues with the room setup and light availability. The service seemed rushed and loud at times, and there were discrepancies in the checkout times. The location appeared to be clean and updated, but with some rough elements around. The dining experience was varied, offering good options at an additional cost. Overall, there were mixed experiences across different aspects of the hotel.
